Service & Support

Service is a critical part of our business. We are Authorised Service Agents for many vendors such as Apple, Toshiba, ASI, Edsys, Unisys Australia, and a number of others. We also do work for third-party warranty organisations. Our Service Team, of fully trained technicians, caters for both carry-in repairs and on-site service work, and specialise in network cabling and installations. We provide all warranty and general service work for our range of PCs & Macs in our own Service Centre. This gives our customers factory warranties with local service and support.

Our team of trained staff are able to work with clients to plan, design and then implement complete networks of various sizes. Internet

Coffs Computing Services, in conjunction with Westnet, provides clients and businesses access to the Internet and the World Wide Web via both Broadband and dial up. We are also heavily involved in the installation and maintenance of client connections as well as providing professional advice and training on the Internet.

Service Charges

Minimum Service Charge - $50.00 Inc GST
Hourly Rate Home Plan - $95.00 Inc GST (charged in 15min intervals)
Priority Service Available
