IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware express fees will be incurred by proceeding with this option. The service operator will discuss the charge rates prior to commencing.

Contract Client? If it is during office hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri please call 02 6651 5655 and press 2 for service. If it is outside of office hours, please call the priority support number provided. Charges will be incurred as per your Service Agreement.

Very High (< 2 hours. Additional charges will be incurred by selecting this option)
High (< 4 hours. Additional charges will by incurred by selecting this option)
Normal (< 1 business day)
Low (within 7 business days)

Examples of non-urgent (Normal, Low) matters are:
- Printer not printing
- Email not sending or receiving on a specific computer
- Specific workstation not connecting to the internet

Examples of urgent (High, Very High) matters are:
- Server not powering up
- Unable to access server from workstations
- Critical software package completely not functioning

Please provide as much information as possible. The more information you can provide us, the quicker we will be able to assist and in turn, resolve the problem for you.
- Type of Computer/Device (Mac, PC, iPad, Tablet)
- Description of the issue
- Steps you've tried to fix the issue
If you're experience a software issue, please provide a screenshot.
Mac: COMMAND + SHIFT + 3 (will be saved to your desktop)
PC: Print Scrn (You'll then need to save in Paint)

• If you choose “Contacts” as the urgency and are currently not under a service agreement you will automatically be charged at the Express Service Fee
• We will use our best efforts to retain all data, but cannot accept responsibility or liability for lost of data. You should always make sure you have a backup of your computer
